Hi-Five-Fun-Fifth Grade Rocks the RecPlex

Date: Sunday, January 25th
Time: 6:00pm – 8:00pm
Location: RecPlex, 420 Dempster Street, Mount Prospect

Register by January 23

• Cost is $15 – includes snack, drink, craft, and activities coordinated by Hi-Five
• Please check in your child with one of your 5th grade school coordinators when you arrive
• School expectations will be followed. Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated.
• Please pick up your child at 8:00. An adult needs to be present to check out student with one of your school coordinators.
• PTO Funds are available for interested students/families requiring financial assistance for PTO sponsored events. Please contact Mrs. Valentini or Ms. Ciruelas for assistance.
