5th Grade Event: Altitude Trampoline Park

Date: Sunday, March 8th
Time: 6:00pm – 8:00pm
Location: Altitude Trampoline Park, 1317 E Golf Road, Schaumburg

Register by March 6

• Cost is $25 – includes bottled water and socks
• Please check in your child with one of your 5th grade school coordinators when you arrive
• School expectations will be followed. Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated.
• Please pick up your child at 8:00. An adult needs to be present to check out student with one of your school coordinators.
• PTO Funds are available for interested students/families requiring financial assistance for PTO sponsored events. Please contact Mrs. Valentini or Ms. Ciruelas for assistance.
