Description

Special Lunch is a PTO program that allows families to order a restaurant-provided lunch for their students once a month.  Lunch is served on the second Wednesday of the month.  The May order is DUE MONDAY, May 1, 2023. 

Note: If you already purchased a lunch for May, you DO NOT need to submit this order form again.
